Delivery time

Receiving international orders take 4-8 business days. Generally, the total processing time and shipping are equal to the total time of delivery. The processing time generally ranges from 24 hours to 2 days. Processing time includes receiving your order, transmitting information to the warehouse of the case, the packaging and shipping of the product. After completing treatment, shipping begins. We offer express delivery with shipping box insurance and confirmation tracking. It usually takes 4-8 working days for delivery. 24-48 overtime for processing time and can take up to 48 additional hours in case we need to contact the payment processor for verification of the credit card. We will not be responsible for applying customs tariffs in each country. We charge the full price of transportation for all returns and international trade.

* For packages unclaimed or returned due to incomplete address, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Order Tracking
Order tracking is available in the My Account page or send a tracking link with the tracking number by email when the order was shipped.

If your order appears late, you should consider the following points:

Return policy

Defective items

* All returns International should be returned within 30 days from receipt of order.

* The shipping costs for international trade are paid by the customer (Unless the fault was caused by us). All taxes, fees, or taxes that must be paid for returned items are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Return Instructions

Please send us an email to specify the reason for returning at first, our support staff will provide the shipping address.

Please be careful when removing and repacking your products.

Please put this piece of paper, and the equipment to be returned, in a parcel, and mail to us. Please provide the tracking number once you have shipped them back. We do not take responsibility for returning goods that are lost in transit. If you are interested, then we recommend you send the goods by registered post and retain proof of posting.
